  very poor business service and lack of knowledge ,Rang from outside the store and they still didnt answer, waited for an hour only to be told they dont like dealing with business customers and to go online which makes them obsolete really.

  They never answer the phone, still waiting since August last year for a phone to be transferred, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF.

  Terrible service. The staff are rude, they ignore customers whom has been waiting in the shop for over 30 minutes. The staff have minimal knowledge about the NBN, despite the several prominent signs in the shop window stating "come and ask us about NBN TODAY!!!".

  Sadlythe last phone I bought they added $20 per month of extras without asking me.. When I went back they said they could not cancel these extras...Buy direct online from Telstra..It`s cheaper & no rip-off sales agents.

  Tried calling many times no one answered,left a couple of messages over two weeks no one calls back...what a joke !! Go down there after waiting for ever to rude staff... poor effort Telstra
