  House fell down around us. Left homeless for 5 weeks my ten year old and I. Lies standover tactics all in writing. ... Loss if income and animals that were my income. Living in most disgusting street in Singleton due to these people. Renters... Landlords beware. Flashy signs may look good on the outside but its what's inside that matters. Pushing mY friend to sell her property with furniture so they make the money ... On house as well as land. But friend would make 95% more selling items separate. Greedy and unprofessional and I'll never forgive them. We are destitute. Go to fullers or ray white or one agency. Drive past this one.. Its not worth the trauma lies and heartache.

  Prospective tenants be warned! This agency was managing a property I was renting in Singleton. Throughout the whole process, they have been unethical and unprofessional. It’s almost always impossible to speak to someone, they hardly ever return phone calls or emails. When they do, they write or say something and then go ahead and do the opposite. I would not recommend them nor would I deal with them again and based on my experience, I strongly advice everyone to do the same. I will look into this further and report them to the real estate licensing authority.
