  A pretty average experience today. I placed my order at the counter asked for no tomato (twice) on my whopper and a receipt. I sat down, got the burger out and there was tomato. I spoke to the person who took my order and reiterated I asked for no tomato. Mistakes happen and she apologised. She comes back out quickly witu my burger and advises the tomato was taken off. I explained that I couldn't have tomato and wanted a new one. It was replaced and put into a new bag. I sat down to find the receipt was taken. I go back and ask for my receipt. Manager needed to reprint it so a further delay. I then ate the whopper. OMG it was bland and tasteless and it could have been cardboard. I paid extra for bacon and it was so small I actually thought they forgot it. It was also so tough it was hard to chew. The biggest issue was the food. I haven't eaten HJ's for years and this experience didn't inspire me to go back. Hours later Im still feeling ill.

  Absolutely disgusting. Will never go here again. They have bugs in the kitchen and I even found one deep fried into my hashbrown. Complained to management and even sent a photo and still no response. This is how they value their customers! Never again. So gross. No thanks.

  A great range of fast food great taste and burgers and fries and enjoyed a frozen Coke while there friendly staff clean and tidy place and the service was quick well done to Hungry Jack's Singleton
