  Very very bad experience !!!! Three visits from Warren Wards so called "service technicians" and over $1,000.00 out of pocket I was left with a ducted air conditioning system at our Singleton offices with an out of service tag attached to be condemned.

  I explained to Russell what had happened and he asked if I wanted him to take a look at the old system which I agreed to, thank god I did, he had the " condemned " system up and running perfectly in approximately half an hour and charged me nothing compared to what Warren Ward did.
