  For us it was a horrid experience. the build went months over schedule -with no explanation, no requests/notifications for extensions - we paid an initial deposit in January 2013, and finally finished with fair trading in June 2015. builder was not accountable for any thing that happened. countless issues from wrong stair case installed, wrong kitchen sink, wrong windows, the entire house had to be repainted 2 weeks after we moved in, walls were pulled down and re plastered, the plumber poured grout in the toilets. the only time we got movement on the house was when the head office became involved, and even they had little care over what was happening, and there would be sporadic bursts of activity. contact from the builder was minimal and difficult, and much of our build was spent with no site manager. can fairly say this experience has well and truly turned us off building ever again!

  Quality and workmanship was first class. The build was managed well and all aspects were excecuted on time. Matthew and Paula Clark were excellent, always at hand to answer all queries and put your mind at rest. All finishes were first class.
