Was quite disappointed with the service. My screen was not put on properly, and the colour in the screens they use are terrible. Cheap nasty screens but expect you to pay big $$$. After asking for a refund, they informed I would have to pay a $50 labouring fee. However, I did not get charged this as I stood my ground. Nice people, but quality and expertise definitely lacking.

Tried 17 times over a two day period and noticed they kept hanging the phone up as to avoid answering which i thought was very unprofessional tried on three different phones all the same response, looks like i will have to take my business elsewhere as its quite obvious they don't need it.

I had a similar issue to the previous review. I had a screen replaced in my iphone6 after issues with the connector causing the screen to black out but then 2.5 months later a crack appeared across the screen for no reason (not dropped or sat on etc). I would have expect this to be covered under their "warranty" as it it obviously due to cheap parts but after speaking to them it seems not. My advice is go somewhere where you pay the same money but get better quality parts. Also as in previous review the colour is not the same as the genuine screens.
