    Extremely disappointed after driving 1.5 hours to test drive a vehicle where I had made an appointment only to be told that this car was already out being test driven by another potential buyer. These people purchased the car while I was waiting to take it for a drive so I wasted another 30 minutes and another 1.5 hours to drive home.

    A waste of a day and sales people there unhelpfully suggested I should have paid a holding deposit. I called them to say I was on my way this morning and at no time was I asked for a deposit which I would have happily paid
